REFUNDS

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

To be considered for an exception, email us at support@celui.co. We reserve the right to deny any returns or exchanges due to inventory control and risk management. CELUI is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier receives the item(s) and provides tracking information.


SHIPPING

Please allow 6-8 weeks for pre-order items to be processed and manufactured. All items are made to order, which requires more time. We will send updates to the email address provided at checkout from the time you submit the order until it's delivered. We kindly ask for your patience.


FRAUD

We require the customer's billing and shipping address to match the credit card used at checkout. Your order is subject to cancellation if your order is flagged as possible fraud.
